At Tamnz, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Please read the information below to understand our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order has been placed.

For example, if you place your order on 1 August, your package will generally be shipped by 3 August.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our support team before your order has been shipped.

Since orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Tracking Your Order

Incorrect Shipping Information

Tamnz is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears significantly delayed or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@tamnz.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you whenever possible.
